Shipping Information

Depending on the shipping country selected, orders placed on Nine Crimes can be delivered within 2-7 working days in Cairo and 5-9 working days outside Cairo.
Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination of your chosen pieces. Express delivery is available for all destinations and Standard delivery is available in some countries.
International Shipping: Starting EGP 250 – Depending on the country and weight of your order.
All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout. (For extra weight charges, you will be contacted through email or phone to confirm the final total)

Possible Delays

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers.
During high season and special holidays, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Tracking Your Order

You can visit the “Track Your Order” page to get the status of your order by typing your order number. Please look for the tracking order number in your confirmation e-mail to track your package. Orders placed on Holidays or during the weekend, will be processed by our shipper on the next business day.

Order Cancellation

To cancel your order:

• Go to “My Orders” if you have an account, or “Track Your Order” if you placed an order as a guest.
• Select cancel order and your reason for cancellation.
• We’ll email you a confirmation of your canceled order.
• If your order’s already been shipped, we can’t cancel your order — but we do offer a return service.
